INSURANCE BAD FAITH
Insurance companies all have catchy slogans designed to make the
consumer think they really care about him or her. However, the simple
fact is that insurance companies are a business and if they can
avoid paying a claim, they will. The adjuster’s goal is to
pay you as little as possible to obtain a signed release of all
claims. Do you really believe the following slogans?:
• State Farm – “Like a good neighbor, State Farm
is there”
• Allstate – “The good hands people”
• Farmers—“We get you back to where you belong”
• Travelers – “Delivering on the promise”
• Progressive – “Not only do we get the job done,
we get it done right – our integrity is just as important
to us as our profit”
Twenty years of experience in handling exclusively personally injury
claims has made me conclude that these claims are just not true.
Please don’t be victimized a second time by believing that
they are!
